- Faculties are conscious about how students are learning
- Professor really try to make us feel just like home and they are just like our parents
- Reading room and Library facilities are provided
Dislikes
- Basic needs are compromised in hostels like water
- Library don't have newest edition books for all students and providing the newest edition to the ST group for free
- Jamnagar have some narrow minded people not feeling safe enough to rome around
Remarks :
I am in general category so I don't have really choice to opt for any college but for my cut off my score I have to get into this college As cut off change every year but in short for general category you have to be at least 630 above for now and in other categories I don't know much
Course Curriculum Overview :
The MBBS course is actually very beautiful but the speed of the syllabus cover coverage and the syllabus is very fast and we required more time to at least cover and understand it understand the topic but reality is even we don't understand anything we have to write in exam just to get pass
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For general category and girls hostel are okayish but much better for boys work is going on total hostel fees for the state quota is around 3000 per year but mess fees is according to the guest charge for the first two month you have to pay around 5000 per month but after you become the member of the mess you will have to pay only about 3000 per month There no such scholarship for the general category via government but there is a private scholarship providing organisation it is feae About professors here faculty provide quality education but you have to do self study It's for every college you will see groupism inside but here all are your friends and ultimately you have to decide which are better for you
Campus Life :
Infrastructure is improving day by day and there is also new Constructions going gone in the college I have very much concern about the editions of the book as new edition of book is very required in the medical field as the knowledge in a medical field is also varying very rapidly libraries don't have the facilities of having new editions of the book but they provide this editions to the other categories of the students I think if for particular category students we can provide the new edition book and for what reason the we cannot provide the new edition books to all the students who cannot afford
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is okay but we get a bed we have to bring our own mattress toiletries and everything but at least we should have the privilege for 24 hours water supply and its actually very worse for first year students in in girls hostel we don't have actually even 5 hours running water
Faculty :
Here all the faculties are very supportive financially emotionally and also will help you to solve your personal problems too But also strict enough so that you can focus on your studies And the actually care about our mental health as well as Physical health and will always provide you with the best advice Here the speed of the syllabus is very fast but you have to cope up until or unless you will end up having less mark but you have to really push yourself hard Professors help us with the all the exam advice also and they will make sure that we all have the knowledge to at least pass the exam

After completing 4 and a half year of mbbs you get compulsory internship in college attached hospital in which you get around 20k per month stipend for one year after that you can apply for pg in which you get around 85k per month and that's pretty good as staring pakage and almost 90peraent of students get that

Course Curriculum Overview :
Mbbs is itself a name of honour and respectable profession. This profession gave me goosebumps as after god only doctor is the one who can save someone's life There is another level of happiness after saving life or giving a new life to individual. I think there should be more clinical practice than bookish knowledge which can help us to handle the patient better. There are so many internals and university exams after completion of every session. Yes these are somewhat difficult but if we start studying from starting of the session we can score good marks in exams.

Many of the system is as available as it should be but if some changes can occur can be like teaching methods of some professor who studies in high level of English and some of takes a lot of topics in one lacture. Overall it's great.

The MBBS teaching in this college is pretty hands on. You'll have your clinical postings regularly from second year onwards. There is a good inflow of patients in the hospital so exposure is pretty good.
