Dislikes
- That 75% attendance criteria irritates very much
- Some Faculties are not upto that mark that we thought it would be according to the parul advertising
- If you are living in parul hostels then it is like jail as we cannot go out without gare pass
Remarks :
I have applied to karnavati college and tolani college but I chose parul university because of the placement opportunities, campus life. These are the things that attracted me the most. There are direct enteries as well as cet and jee entrance exam basis. When we came for admission process here as there was queue so for our entertainment, college provided us with refreshments and some interesting activites like games, mehendi overall college never forgets about students as well as parents interest
Course Curriculum Overview :
I opted for this course due to the influence for understanding more about technology and how we can create new innovatively. We get real-time projects due to which we understand how we can implement what we are learning. In one semester we have two exams. Realtime industry experience is the key factor of choosing this course and this college. After second week of the start of every semester there starts a weekly test which we can give anywhere due to online due to which we get to know how questions will be there in exams like the mock exam
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearwise fees is 1,35,000/- and we can pay that semester wise. For international students the fees is different. There are different types of scholarships like cultural, sports and defence scholarship. If we reach at different levels like district, State and national level the percentage of scholarship is different like at district it is 25%, at state it is 50% and at national it is 75%
Campus Life :
Some the events held at parul are Hackathon, Projection, Dhoom, Smriti, Expert talk, Start up boost camp etc. The classrooms are smart classroom that is each classroom have smart tv, smart boards, projectors. There are many clubs like technical club, cultural affair cell, placement cell, fine arts clubs, rotary club, sports club, drishtikone film club etc
Hostel Facilities :
As I stay in parul hostel we get facilities like two times per week laundry, daily room cleaning Facility, food Facility(veg and jain food available), ac Facility, one cupboard, study table. The registration process is very simple. The environment here is very much friendly. The roommates and rectors are very much friendly and understandable. Ragging is strictly prohibited in hostels. It makes environment friendly.
Faculty :
In one class 60 - 70 students can sit. The exams are taken on weekly basis that is weekly class test. Then midsemester exam and then final semester exam. The course is relevant according to the courses. Some of the faculties does not know about the subject and they are assign to teach us so we dont like them and some Faculties make us believe that they are only here to give some motivation only rather than teaching so thats the reason also of not liking them

In our college placement is around 80 % but the good thing is that they provide internship after 2.years only.there are many companies who have recruited students from college .wipro ,TCS, tatvasoft ,webospher and many more.the highest package is around 18lpa.

parul university claims that it provides full placement to the students ...but now the market is very competitive...so every students not get the chance of placements ...also parul always conducts an early interview to review good students and for training of placemets .

Placement Experience :
At Nirma University, students become eligible for campus placements starting from the 7th sem. The placement cell is active, with top companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Microsoft, and Oracle visiting the campus, The highest package offered last year wa around 52 LPA, While the average paakage is about 7-8 LPA, depending on the branch and role. Roles offered range from software development to consulting. Approximately 85-90% of students secure development to consulting. After completing my degree, I plan to either join a reputed tech firm or pursure higher studies to futher specialize in my field.

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Name of the Companies visited & no of offers made: TATA , TECH MAHENDRA,TCS MANY OTHERS. details of highest: 18LPA AMAZON OFF CAMPUS and average package as per company and profiles offered : 4-5 LPA 30-40% students get accepted in placements My plan is to go for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview :
Hear they are conducting few students choose course. They give us list of they provide course and then we can choose one subject of it.they conduct its exam also. They provide few other courses they are mendetery for us. They provide inuf time for exam paper difficult level and length of paper.

Palcements in the university is pretty good among teir 3 universities. Most tech companies from gujarat are coming for recruitments of freshers. Companies are offering packages of 4-6 lakhs lpa in average.
