- Life at parul is just awesome , enjoyable.
- We can meet people from different culture, traditions
- We get numerous chances of showcasing our talents
Dislikes
- Water coolers are available only on ground floor if we have class on 5th floor then we have to come down always
- Mess food is not tasty, so don't take in hostels
- Department don't give attendance if we participate in any of the event
Remarks :
I applied to CSMU in Navi Mumbai and Mithibai in Mumbai but the reason why I chose parul was to experience something new as it is far away from my place I learn different things and also parul has a very good campus as compared to these colleges. There is no such entrance exams for taking admission in parul
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is not upto mark. Like in parul we get to learn different languages but not stepwise like we have ai and ml but the core on which we code for these is python that we don't get to learn. Then we have French and German as foreign languages. We also have self development lec in that we train us how to make oneself confident for interview.
Internships Opportunities :
Apple - front end manager Google - data strategist Facebook - data engineer Amazon - Sr. Cloud technical manager From 2nd year project are given in group based on any language of your choice to be submitted like library record system etc
Placement Experience :
Students from 3rd sem can sit for campus placement. TCS, Byjus, Godrej, Amazon, Google etc. highest package is 30 lacs and average package is 7-8 lacs. Per year more than 2500 students get placed. My plans after the degree is to go for masters degree
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fees is 1,16,000/-. You can pay fees semester wise. There are different types of scholarship like sports scholarship, defence scholarship, merit based scholarship but for merit based scholarship you have to give an aptitude test
Campus Life :
Events like Hackathon, smriti, Dhoom, projection etc are held. We can get wide variety of books available in library. Every department has its own library. We get smart tv, projectors in classroom so that we can understand better. There are numerous options in sports like basketball, cricket, badminton, tennis, volleyball, tug of war, kho kho and many more. There are many clubs like for arts interested people shades, IoT club, placement club etc
Hostel Facilities :
As I stay in parul hostel I get facilities like ac, one cupboard, two times per week laundry, daily room cleaning services, three times a day food, attached washroom, accommodation of 3 person per room. There are different types of accomodation as per different hostels. Food of mess is not good although we get to see different dishes daily but the taste is something so so. Registration process is simple and parul hostel is affordable as compared to outside. As I stay in the campus you can have a nice environment.
Faculty :
Faculty of the college is very much approachable. We can discuss any problem if we have freely. Weekly test are taken on pulms to check whether you are understanding or not. Then there are midterms and final sem exams. Midterms carry internal marks and final sem external marks

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum of our institute can be said that it is not that great in my opinion, however the perspective may change according to other student. Whats more is that the teaching methods of new teachers is not that good and by new teachers I mean the young teachers in our campus. The regulations in our college is not that great and we need a real discipline in our campus if we want to make the students face the real world.

From 2nd year 3rd sem students are eligible for sitting campus placement interviews. Infosys, Google, TCS, Amazon and many more and get average package of 3 to 4 lpa. Highest package is 9lpa. More than 2500 students get placements every year.
For study purpose college is good

From the third sem get eligible for internship. From 5 sem they are eligible to get a chance to be placed in any company. There too many companies. And don't exactly in my knowledge a BCA student got 15 LPA package in sem 5 in 2023

The placements of the college are really good the companies come and select student provides a quite good packages From that sixth semester itself the student can take sit in the placements and can get the desired package The highest package a student can get is about 10 lpa Mostly 80-90% gets the placement After getting the degree I am thinking of doing the post graduation/ masters - MCA
