Since I had a lower rank so I wasn't offered much colleges. So, I took admission in IIPE, instead of RGIPT. RGIPT is also a good college, but the area was told to be dangerous whereas Visakhapatnam is a silent and cool area. So my parents were inclined to towards this college.
The course and curriculum are very well set and are upto the mark. The teachers have done their PhDs in these subjects so the way they teach is very good. The exams are conducted once in two months, if we do not count the assignments given.
The internship is provided only for 3rd and 4th year students. The companies that offer are ONGC and HLSAsia. These internships are unpaid but provide the students with the best of experience. These companies are known to provide PPOs as well.
In our college, only fourth-year students who have a cgpa above 7, are eligible for sitting in placements. For us, ONGC, HPCL, IOCL, and others are the companies that visit. Our college offers 80% placement.
For each semester we have to pay approximately 1,11,000 INR. Apart from that, our hostel fee for each semester is 30,000, and the mess fee is 5500 per month. But the girls are offered a scholarship of 3000 INR per month.
Our college organises a techno cult fest called Shaswat, in the month of October. Our library is well maintained and provides us with all the other resources. Our student council consists of 4 committes- cultural, technical, sports and social welfare.
The hostel is good. It has a mess on the ground floor. The hostels are 3 kms away from the college. The payment of 30000 is to be made for allotment and mess fees is 5500, per month. The food is good.
The faculties are very good, experienced and helpful. They have complete knowledge of their subject and they are keen to help. The exam system is in a way where there are only two exams conducted, one mid-terms and the other end-terms.
The placement of college is good as it improved from past three years. We are having a good packages and also many companies are coming forward to a recruit the freshers and they giving internships for us so that we can build up our skills and join in that company as permanent, employees as the faculty and the colleges supporting us for joining in And the degree here is given having a good value to college and so that we can add up in resume. For example, their money companies come for interviews. For example, Google, Concentrix, Samsung, etc
the course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensivess is good . they makes us prepare for real time projects . it improves our skills and team work . the difficulty level of syllabus curriculum is moderate . i would rate 8/10 .

The course i choose is computer science because it useful for soft ware. I area i should improve in computer science is at coding. We should improve it. I exams are some difficult we should practice them properly in time. I will become easy at exams
