- The college has proper inside parking but only for 2 wheeler which is a good part in terms of security. Faculty here are great at teaching as there are labs scheduled withing the classes.
- The quality of infrastructure is quite good as it consists of playground, parks, indoor complex for games, canteen, stationary shop, cofee shops inside the campus only.
- For the placements they help us prepare before the 3rd semester. And the focus on clearling the basic concepts regarding the field of subject along with several workshops like python apllications
Dislikes
- We are ment to wear college uniform daily basis but for friday and saturday we can wear house dress.
- The food inside canteen is quite high as there are food stalls outside at reasonable price.
Remarks :
Eligibility of course was above 60 percentage in 10th and 12th. Using reservations one can avail more benefits in tution fees. Exams are so frequent that if someone attempts all the sessional papers then can never fail in the external examination. For external exams the most usual centre is Inderprastha engineering college in Sahibabad.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As i did bca from iitm janakpuri, there i haven't cleared my basics regarding all the languages due to poor teaching skills and not focusing on every student. There should be more clearing up of concepts by making the labs more and more. Withing a month we use to give the sessional exam and then in total we have 2 sessional exams in which in 1 sessional half syllabus comes and in 2 sessional full syllabus comes. And if there is time left between the final external papers then 3 sessional also takes place.
Placement Experience :
From the 3rd semester a student becomes eligible to sit in the placement drive. Companis visited are like tech mahindra, wipro, tcs, amazon, chetan and many others. Highest packahe was of 22 lakhs and average is of 3,50,000. More than 65% students gets placed. My plan after degree is to get an in campus placement and then further succeed
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The first year fees was approx 1,35,000 but because of percentage scholarship as i scored more than 85% in bca i got an additional discount of 25000. So 1yr fees to me was 1,10,000. But the next year fees is 1,29,000. In the fees only you need to pay 10,000 for the dress as well. Also there is 8200 per year which is for the examination fees.
Campus Life :
Vibgyor, Samagra and many tech fest are held within the campus. The range of books are quite well enough as there are 2 libraries for up and pg campus. Centralized air conditioners along with chilled water supply in the cooridoors. There are several clubs like python club, dbms club and many others.
Faculty :
Each faculty within the 1 semester gets aware regarding the student skillset lnowing their repsonse in viva and sessional exams. There is seperate teacher for all the university related credentials like admit card or college email id related. There are 2 staff within the top floor in the pg campus on is common to all and other is seperated faculty wise.
Interview Experience :
Topics of Gd was the ipl match india vs england and about chatGpt pros and cons. Process of admission involves submitting all the college related documents and then we are assigned a faculty for the interview round. Due to my bca level knowledge i was able to attempt the interview quite well.
