- I didn't liked the syllabus of my course because I think it is out of date
- I didn't liked the infrastructure of my class
- Rules and regulations are very much harsh
Remarks :
If you want to apply to this course you need to qualify the AIMA UGAT exam with minimum marks of 55 and it differs of you have some category. You can find the application of that exam on their website and this exam is held every year in June
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because it's is very affordable for me. But I think the syllabus of course must be upgraded because it is very old. Semester exams are held on time no delay is done on that except in some emergency circumstances
Internships Opportunities :
If you want to do internship you have to find it yourself after you reach that level, for my course it is after 9th semester. You can apply in any company and stipends depend on the company itself. Internship is necessary for yourself.
Placement Experience :
From the second last semester the students become eligible for the placement. Companies like HDFC Bank Hindustan Unilever Radisson Hotels etc visit for the placements. Average package for the students is 400000.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fees for this course is 20000 but for the students who are self financed they need to pay 250000 initially then after it is same as the above Scholarships are available to top 2 students at the end however you can apply for various government scholarships
Campus Life :
Every year many events take place in our department as well as other departments of university. General all kinds of books, journals, magazines and newspapers are available in the Allama Iqbal Library of the university. Facilities and technological provisions are not enough in my classroom
Hostel Facilities :
Almost every kind of facilities are provided in the hostel except the laundry. Meal is very good and consists of both veg and non veg food. You have to register for hostel in proctor office. You can rent a room or a PG in nearby areas of university like Hazratbal it self, Ashai Bagh, Saderbal etc.
Faculty :
I don't know the exact student teacher ratio but I think it is very good may be better than average college in India. Faculty is highly qualified no doubt about that. Students can approach to any teacher at any time except their personal time.
