- Structured Course curriculum with practical subjects like MS Office, Power BI, AI etc. College follows a proper time table and structured curriculum and the course is updated on a timely basis. Various career enhancement programs are conducted.
- Good Infrastructure: College has excellent infrastructure with good ambience and lighting and all the classrooms are equipped with ACs. Each classroom is composed of 60 students which makes it easy to listen to the lectures.
- Placements: Placements are good considering the fee structure. College also provides internship opportunities for the students. Companies like Deloitte, Amul, nestle come to the college for placement.
Dislikes
- HR Field: HR students get less opportunities compared to Finance and Marketing. Very less companies come for HR placements. Mostly the companies coming for HR students are startups and the package is considerably low.
- The companies could be better: The companies coming for placements could be better, like other than Deloitte the companies are mostly startups or non-MNCs.
- The food: The mess food could be improved and more variety of items could be included like salads and fruits for students
Remarks :
The eligibility criteria is passing a Degree program with 50% score and writing a management entrance test like CAT, MAT, CMAT, etc. You can get the admission form in the college website. The exams will be conducted in every 2 months, those are the semester exams. 3 semesters will be there every year, in between assignments and surprise tests will be conducted to test the knowledge of students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is formulated in a structured manner and is updated on a timely basis. The course is industry-oriented and practical which equips the students with hands-on experience and industry knowledge to thrive in the corporate world and become future leaders. Frequent assignments are conducted for students for a better understanding of the concepts. The Exams are held every 3 months which are the trimester exams. The exams contain both theoretical and practical questions that enable the students to apply their logical and problem-solving skills in practice. The exams are quite frequently conducted and are based on the fundamental concepts taught in the classroom.
Internships Opportunities :
Some companies coming for internships are Deloitte, metrics4analytics which offers finance roles such as taxation and GST. MYK laticrate, Aurobindo comes for HR role. Legrand, V-guard, malyala manorama, Gala mela, pythian comes for marketing internship. The projects include SIP project and student driven projects like in finance, marketing and HR.
Placement Experience :
From 3rd semester onwards, students become eligible for internships and college will bring companies for internships. Some internship companies may give pre-placement offer. Students become eligible for campus placements from 4th semester itself. Companies like Deloitte, metrics4analytics, myk laticrate, asian paints, cyberark, come to the college. The average package is 7.5 LPA and the highest package is 14.2 LPA. Almost 94% of students are placed last year. I would like to prepare for placements and get a Marketing job after the Degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Till last year the Program fee was 760000 excluding the Hostel. But now the fees have been increased to 8.6 lakh. Because the Global immersion program has become mandatory for students students visit the campus of an abroad country and observe how the industry works there. They learn so many trending business concepts like AI, Robotics, Machine learning, etc. Students also get an opportunity to meet industry people and university professors from abroad. The hostel fee is 240000 for 2 years including mess, accommodation, and electricity. The Registration amount is compulsory for the students which is 60000. Scholarships are provided for students based on the score of entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, and CMAT. So, If we consider the present fees, then the total cost of the program will be 11 lakh including the hostel fee. Different companies to the campus for internships and placements. In an internship, some internships are paid and some are unpaid. The stipend ranges from 5 to 25k.
Campus Life :
Every year one event called "Milan" will be conducted in the college in which various activities like dancing, singing, sports will be there. The event will be held in the month of January. There is a wide range of books and journals in the college library, so students can gain exposure to management topics and general knowledge. The classrooms are very nice, they are equipped with ACs and are well lit. The infrastructure of the classrooms is very good. There are smartboards and monitors in every class. There is a basketball court and gym near our campus which is shared by engineering students as well. For the gym, student has to pay 100rs for 1 year access and basketball is free. Some clubs like Toastmasters, finance and marketing clubs are connected for the students in which students can build their network and enhance their communication skills.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels are 2km away from the campus and student can go there by college bus. The rooms of hostel are good. They are spacious and well lit, there is a desk and chair in every room for the students. Shelf is also there, to keep clothes and luggage. There is a window with curtains. Meal quality: The hostel meal is good and fresh. The menu comprises of both veg and non-veg. On Saturday, there will be Chicken for non-vegetarians and paneer will be there for vegetarians. Everyday evening snacks will be provided like Maggie, aloo bonda etc. along with tea and coffee. The registration process is quite simple student has to pay the hostel fee and fill an application form given by the hostel. The hostel fee is 240000 for 2 years.
Faculty :
The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:60. There will be one Faculty in a classroom for 60 students, and the faculty uses a Digital board for explaining the business concepts to the students. Case studies will be provided to the students for a better understanding of the concepts and applying theory into practice. The faculty members are well-qualified and experts in their domains. They are seniors and alumni of reputed MBA universities. Teachers are well approachable and are ready to clear the doubts of the students. Students can interact with the teachers without any hesitancy and clear their concepts. Practical learning will be provided by the faculty members. Teachers will conduct assignments and assessments for the students to help the students clear the concepts on a timely basis so that they can be well-prepared for their Exams and internships. Group discussion and Interview sessions will be conducted by the teachers so that the students can ace their interviews.
Interview Experience :
There was no GD, but a personal interview was conducted in which basic questions about me were asked, about my hobbies, my future goals etc. The priciof admission is quite simple, you have to complete your degree and write a management entrance test, then you have to fill the application form by VJIM and pay the registration fee and seat will be allotted to you. I have prepared for the management test, CMAT through YouTube and internet and interview also by checking YouTube videos.

Students should get atleast more than 60 percent in their first year accademics for those people only they will allow for placement and also the students get placed last year are arround 70% may be even more
