- The area of campus is wide so there is no crouded in campus which is good part.
- There the Faculty members coordinator supportive to the students very much.
- Teaching of some of professor are up to the mark
- The OP bhalla Library along with three other library you don't need to buy books.
- There will always some programmes going on so it makes the students entertaining to.
Dislikes
- The croud is from different backgroud so there will be most of students addicted with bad things.
- The classes have AC and projectors but there will be still fixing required because some of them not work properly
- Excluding some professor there are professor which are not good in teaching you have to learn in home
- There are strict rule and regulation for attendence and achademics too.
Remarks :
For the MCA you should have the subject like mathematic in graduation. And the admission process is following: 1. Application must be sunmitted online or offline through MR portal as well as college and pay application fee which is Rs 1200. 2. You need to upload or provides documents like Achedmics certificates. 3. Depending on the course yyou may need to take entrace exams such as MRNAT which is college entrace exams they also use this exam for scholarship. (Note: You can also get admission simply going to the college with out exams too.) 4. Mostly the exam is held on june or july. 5. There are some fees exception for sc , obc, st which changes every years.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose the MCA course to learn new skills like Java, Python, and SQL which are included in courses provided by the college. According to me the curriculum prepared by the college is not prepared for real-world application however, it will make you base good with the skills. The areas for improvements in the course curriculum are they should provide real-world experience through the like classes of projects with teachers related to subjects. There is a Semester final exam as well as the two sessionals before it to make the student learn more. According to me, it is a good part of the course it helps students to learn and remember things.
Placement Experience :
IN UG courses they get eligible after 4th semester and for PG they get eligible after 2nd semester. Names of the companies visited are Qikfox Inc, QSS Technosoft, Argusoft India Ltd, Decimal Technologies, CRTD technologies and no of offers made are around 10 - 20 the package lies is between 500000-1000000 Percentage of student geting placement are not true according to me by collage however it lies around 40 percent of students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year-wise fee for the MCA course is divided into four instalments as along with all four semesters starting we have to pay: 1st Installment Total is Rs 112500/- (which includes) Tuition Fee: 45000 Development Fee: 18000 University Fee: 12000 Student Resource Fee: 37500 2nd Installment Tolal is Rs 62000/- (which includes) Development Fee: 17000 Tuition Fee: 45000 3rd Installment total is Rs 109500/- Tuition Fee: 45000 Development Fee: 18000 University Fee: 9000 Student Resource Fee: 37500 4th Installment total is Rs 62000/- Tuition Fee: 45000 Development Fee: 17000 For the Scholarship part there are two kinds of Scholarships available: a: Merit-based which is based on the score you got on graduation (Note: There is a criterion that students must maintain the scores in college exams and there is no fixed number however according to me it varies between 10000-25000 based on merit. b: For Backward area students these is scholarships which can be optend by Dr. OP Bhalla Foundation.
Campus Life :
There are activities like creating things from waste materials as well as the freshers, farewell parties, and fest however there are not many interesting things done on them. there is every book available you need in libraries as there are four libraries on campus you can go to any libraries and issue books for learning and reading. There are projectors and computer labs along with tools needed to use for study purposes. In sports and extracurricular activities there are play grouds to play football basketball badminton and many games but there are less oportunity to go in different level of game or activities for students. Yes, There are group activities to perform tasks they gives.
Faculty :
Regarding the faculty-student ratio is if you are good with faculty all the tasks they give you then they are good with you. But the faculty member is supportive of you especially the coordinator of your class. They will look at every work of yours you can ask for or take the assistance of them they will support you. The teaching and mentorship depends on teacher to teacher but I would say most teachers are good in teaching and mentorship except excellent ones. Most often you can interact with teachers and approachability because of daily work.
