The admission process for Galgotias University is straightforward. Eligibility for most undergraduate courses requires a minimum of 50% in 10+2, with specific criteria for certain programs. The application form is available on the official website, typically around December to April, with an application fee of approximately INR 1,100. Entrance exams like GEEE or GUEE are held annually, usually in June, and are of moderate difficulty. Reservations are provided as per government norms; however, I did not avail of any benefits. A key area for improvement is the transparency and communication regarding exam schedules and cut-offs, which could be more timely and clear. Additionally, reducing the application fee might make it more accessible to a wider range of students.
Galgotias University's curriculum is relevant and comprehensive, with a mix of core subjects and practical projects. It prepares students well for real-world applications. However, updates to match industry trends and more hands-on experience could enhance it. Exams are frequent and challenging.
Galgotias University offers good internship opportunities with companies like HCL, Infosys, and TCS. Roles include software development, data analysis, and digital marketing, with stipends ranging from INR 5,000-15,000/month. Students work on real-world projects, such as developing apps or analyzing large datasets, often leading to pre-placement offers based on performance.
At Galgotias University, students typically become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. Reputed companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, and Cognizant visit the campus, making several offers. The highest package often reaches around INR 12 LPA, with the average package being around INR 4-6 LPA, primarily in roles like software developer, business analyst, and data scientist. Approximately 85% of students get placed, which is quite promising. After completing my degree, I plan to pursue further studies or explore job opportunities in my field to gain more specialized experience before moving to a higher position in the industry.

The university hosts two major festivals: *G-Quasar* (the annual cultural fest) and *G-Tech* (the technical fest), usually held in February and March, respectively. These events are a highlight of campus life, featuring cultural performances, competitions, and technical challenges. The library is well-stocked with a wide range of books, journals, and e-resources, making it accessible for all students to engage in research and study. The hostel facility at Galgotias University is well-maintained, providing students with essential amenities like a bed, study table, chair, wardrobe, and Wi-Fi. Rooms are available in single, double, and triple-sharing options. The meal quality is decent, with a varied menu that includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, although it could benefit from more variety. The registration process for the hostel is straightforward, usually starting after admission, with fees ranging from INR 1-1.5 lakhs per year depending on the room type. I chose b tech bcoz of family there is no other readon to choose it I personally dont like it but for family i m doing it the exam of btech is tough as engineering is itself a tough name so what can we expect for its subject
These are on an average very good . The avg package is 6-7LPA . But on personal level students do make their own way and till now the highest package is been og 43LPA you can search this over the college website also . Last year a 3rd year student have recieved 9LPA package and many more for go also .
In 3rd year students are eligible for placements . HCl, tcs, Wipro and gengact like companies are comes. The highest package is offered by Paytm around 12 lpa and the average package is 3 lpa. 22 % students get placement from college. I tried to get placed if I was rejected then I go for off-campus.
The placements in the current time are not good as the college was closed for an year but yes companies do visit the campus and recently a job fair was also held in the college in which many students got placed. companies like TCS, Cisco, Paytm, ShadowFax, Cognizant and even Amazon do visit the campus but placement ratio isn't very good. After degree I will look for off campus placements along with the campus placements expanding my job chances.
I am interested in this field so much so desided to choose this course. i want an improvements in classes for 3rd year students and teching methods are best. the timing and difficulty level in my perspective is so good
I decision choose the btech computer science engineering good but some reason are not good so I am not like btech engineering course so engineering is batter choice and some students are not like engineering
My college placement better than the other colleges of this price range. Capagimini , Accenture and Amazon are some of top recruiter which recruits students at bulk. At this year capagimini gives very good placement and also become highest recruiter . Average package is almost 4.5LPA and Highest package is 55LPA.
In third year placements companies will come and take interview and check capability. In this university placement chances are high.you to do hardwork and be regular 80% students got the placement.....

My aspect is to become a software developer , Areas for improvements i think teacher's should stop pressuring , and demovtivating children rather than they should support and encourage them , As it's Btech it have to be difficult .. from my view maths is toughest for me , rest are also difficult and lenghty subjects .
