- I like the Library which is in College...namely Gyan Mandir pustkalay..
- Infrastructure and Campus view is amazing .
- Faculty teaching methods are very good and there is also some creative things..and organise a Sports..and Chess ,NCC ,etc
Dislikes
- I dislike the Hostel environment and some department leakage from floor
- Magzine is not coming on the time on website every month.
- In the library book is not updated yet..this is biggest fault of college.
Remarks :
Yes to take admission in Patna college any college of Patna University we must pass the pucet that is Patna University common entrance test the cutoff of the examination and merit list very from courses to courses like in mathematics the cutoff going to be nearly 68% to 89% and in geography it can be 78% to 96% any other courses are department and different cut off. Admission process is not certificate when we selected then we have to come in counselling and then we got admission. For the eligibility of the almost courses we have to 12th pass out and we must be qualified for the course like we have to be minimum 45% in 12th classes and reservation based on the categories admission process is not so difficult.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose the mathematics because I love mathematics and even every courses in Patna colleges a high level like Geography, history,etc. Yes this is very amazing and great point that our teacher so and connect the theorem and concept practically and in real life situation even our courses mathematics but the connect and interact with real life to mathematics . Faculties teaching method is just great so I think there is no need to improvement they already improve their teaching level and teaching method and the timing of exams is almost at a time sometimes it fluctuate but almost it is on the time and the difficulty level is what the teachers we follow in increase it.
Internships Opportunities :
Currently there are not many company is coming for internship or placement, basically there are two companies which has come in Patna college one of them global take private limited and for Mass communication the news channel DD Bihar DD TV and the offered intensive forest student of last semester in step and will be 12 to 15000 per month for a duration of 6 or 3 month.
Placement Experience :
In Patna college there are some technical courses like BCA bachelor in computer application BBA and BMC that is bachelor in mass communication, so campus placement is only for this courses there are some companies like global take private limited and for Mass communication some news channel like DD TV DD Bihar and etc news channel gives the placement and internship to the student. Basically to become eligible for campus placement is you have to be in last semester or in the semester 4 or 5 and every is packages is 70000 per year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
First of all.. Fee structure for boys and girls are different:- For Boys (except SC,ST) :- 2250/- per Semester For girls (all categories) :- 170/- only per Semester But It's vary by semester like.. For sem-1 and sem-2 it is 2250 But for Sem -3 and sem-4 it is 2350 And rest all semester 2250 For girls and Sc St boys 170 for all semester And the practical fee is 600 for practical paper like Geography, Psychology,etc Likely ..I paid 2250 but at the same time my friend has paid only 170/- bcoz he belong from SC Caste category... And ..yes ..we can avail some scholarship Like ..Bihar Post matric and National scholarship Portal ( CSS Scholarship) ...by apply and submitting the form in college.
Campus Life :
Campus life of Patna colleges amazing and the view of Campus is just incredible beautiful and enormous especially in the winter in monsoon the campus view is just beautiful. There is also a playground in the campus and 26th January is happening in the Patna college every year and also organise some functions and sports. There is also a library where we can read the book paper magazines etc till 4: 00pm.
Faculty :
Our faculty is just amazing very educated and they are very supported in every field the encourage us to developer skills and our educational and academy knowledge. We can interact with teacher at the time of class and we can also interes with them when he was free and we can also contact with WhatsApp or online but only our department teacher. So it is just amazing that our teacher is very supportive and teachers in very easy way you can ask them anything about our educated and our life the encourage and guidences us.
