Most faculties have ongoing research and publications, they are always open to talking. They are around 10-15 staff per department for a batch of 250. The teachers have always been there to listen and support and are greatly competent at their tasks
I suggest no areas of improvement to the college as it's a government college your suggestion doesn't matter .the internals will be in every 3 months and if you fail u have an 4th internals to pass and you can tyend the final exam
