Remarks :

The course required a minimum of 60% in high school with a focus on relevant subjects. Specific eligibility criteria were clearly stated on the college website. The application form was available online and could be downloaded from the college's official website. The application fee was ?300 and the application dates were from April to June. Applicants had to submit academic transcripts and other Admission was based on an entrance exam, with a cut-off score of 70%. The exam was held in June, and results were announced in July. The exam was moderately difficult, testing subjects relevant to the course. Reservation benefits were available as per government regulations. Reserved categories, such as SC/ST/OBC, were eligible for reduced cut-off scores and specific seats. The admission process was overall straightforward but could be improved in several ways: - The application portal could be more user-friendly. - The entrance exam schedule was tight, leaving little time for preparation

Course Curriculum Overview :

I would rate the course curriculum 3 out of 5 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. The inclusion of practical projects and industry case studies influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a solid foundation for real-world applications and further academic pursuits. On the other hand - Some areas need improvement. The curriculum lacks up-to-date content in certain subjects and should incorporate more contemporary topics. Teaching methods could be more interactive and engaging. Exams are frequent and often scheduled inconveniently, with difficulty levels sometimes inconsistent and overly challenging.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The course fees were over ?150,000 for three years, including tuition. The tuition fee increase policy was a concern, with annual hikes around 10%, making it difficult to plan finances. The total cost of education, including tuition, service fees, and other compulsory charges, was substantial. Additional fees for lab materials, library access, and examination services added up, increasing the financial burden. **Scholarships and Financial Aid:** The college provided some government-issued scholarships, such as the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) schemes, which covered part of the tuition. These scholarships ranged from ?10,000 to ?50,000 per year, depending on eligibility. I undertook campus employment as a library assistant, where my responsibilities included cataloging books and assisting students. The stipend for this role was ?3,000 per month. Other roles available included lab assistan

Campus Life :

Campus life was vibrant and socially engaging. The college hosted several annual and technical festivals. The annual cultural festival, "Cultura," was held in February, while the technical festival, "TechSymposium," took place in November. These events were highlights of the academic year, offering a mix of fun and learning. The library was well-stocked with a wide range of books and journals. Accessibility was generally good, with online catalogs making it easy to locate materials. However, some journals were outdated, and there was a need for more current editions and digital resources. Classrooms were equipped with modern technology, including projectors and Wi-Fi. However, the infrastructure could be improved further with more interactive tools and better maintenance of existing facilities. The campus offered a variety of sports facilities, including a cricket ground, basketball court, and gymnasium. Extracurricular activities ranged from music and dance clubs to debate and dram

Faculty :

The faculty members are highly credentialed and bring a wealth of knowledge to their teaching. The faculty-to-student ratio is favorable, allowing for personalized attention and frequent interaction. Teachers are approachable and willing to mentor students Despite the faculty's credentials, their teaching methods can be outdated. The faculty-to-student ratio sometimes results in overcrowded classes, limiting individual attention. Some teachers are less approachable and difficult to interact with outside of class.
