This study, examining university teaching, is aimed to understand more about university faculty members’ sense of teaching efficacy criteria, with the hope to provide insights for future strategies in faculty development training program universities and colleges. In this study, a descriptive and correlational survey is used. The population of this study was all faculty members at four state universities in Sistan and Baluchestan Province in Iran. The research instrument for the study was a questionnaire designated as The Faculty Teaching Self-Efficacy scale (FTSE). The findings showed that the faculty members felt efficacious in their work in the following criteria: communication skills, assessment, subject matters, curriculum and instruction, learning environment, and to implement technology. Placement Experience :
Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan has not released the official report for 2023 or 2024. However, the NIRF report 2024 is out, which includes the 2023 placement data. As per the report, 1,836 BTech and 52 MTech students were placed during the 2023 drive. Further, 100 PG (3-year) Medical, 85 BDS, 23 MDS, 164 MBA, 42 LLB, 87 BA LLB/ BBA LLB, and 67 LLM students were placed during the SOA University placements 2023. The median package offered to BTech and MTech students was INR 5.75 LPA and INR 4.80 LPA, respectively. For Medical and Dental courses, the median package ranged between INR 5.40 LPA and INR 10.80 LPA. The median package offered to MBA students during Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan placements 2023 was INR 4.80 LPA. Earlier, the highest package offered during the 2022 placements was INR 42 LPA. Further, 164 recruiters participated in the placement process 2022 and placed students in new-age job profiles. The prominent recruiters of SOA University placements 2022 included Accenture, Adani etc.

As per my knowledge the students get placement from Final year but I am not sure about it. Actually, the palcement si for professional courses like ISTM, Chemistry, physics, and Mathematics not for English literature students, so I am not able to tell about it.

The fee policy was very strong for study in this University, in a semester you have to complete half of your payment from full payment. The college fees for BTech CSE 1st year 1,50,000 and examination fees 23,000. It's all about college fees and academic fees . There are regular class like 7 to 8 hour class. All types of scholarship available like , Technical and professional, e -medhabruti, prerana etc. The faculty and the staff of this University are very fair for his work very sensible for his job

Placement Experience :
There are 4 semesters in MCA, out of which, after completion of 3 semesters, placements in the college come. There are many big and small companies among them Paytm, HP, Infosys, Wipro, Rasb, Bijus, etc. College campus placement packages range from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 6 lakh, the average package is Rs 4 lakh. Minimum 60% of students got placed in campus placement. After completing my degree, I will first look for a job. If I don't get college placement, I will look for it first.
