- PSIT college is very famous in kanpur and nearby areas
- The NRC ranking of the college is under 100. The college is nationally recognized.
- The placements and studies at PSIT college are really very good.
Dislikes
- College is far from the market area, making things difficult for the hostel students.
- There are various cases of suicides and ragging, which distort the image of the college.
- The academic tution fees of the college increases every year, which makes things worse for financially weak students.
Remarks :
The admission process is easy and simple through the quota section. The admission can also be taken through UPTU counselling. The reservation benefit is also available. I have not availed any reservation benefits. The process should also be available on college website.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I would rate the course curriculum 8 out of 10. The course curriculum is relevant and very much comprehensive. There are 18 subjects to be studied in a year in this courses. There are also pratical subjects for the students. The difficulty level of the semester exams is not every high.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees structure includes tution fees, service fees, extracurricular fees, sports fees and compulsory charges. The total cost is around 3.4 lacs per annum. There are volunteering opportunities at the college for the students.
Campus Life :
My overall experience on PSIT campus life is really good. The social life is amazing. There are various social, sports and extracurricular activities clubs for football, singing and dancing. There are various facilities and technological provisions for the students.
Faculty :
The faculty members of the PSIT college are well qualified. The teaching strategies followed by the professors is very professional and high-tech. The learning experience of the students is very much improved in recent 5 years. All the teachers and staff members are very educated and supportive. They are always ready to teach the students and help them whenever they need.

Placement Experience :
After 3rd semester students are eligible for campus placement. Companies starts visiting campus after 3rd semester. Companies like ICICI BANK, SAFE EXPRESS and etc visits campus per year with an average package of 700000 and above per annum. About 70-80% of students gets placed. My plan after getting placed is taking experience for 3-4 years then start my own real state bussiness.
