The admission process is easy, the application forms are available on their website. The entire process is based on merit in different competitive exams like JEE, CUET, Boards, etc. The batch size is fixed hence the number of students accepted is less.
The course curriculum is different from what is taught in different government universities. The first year is a foundational year and from the second year onwards you study about your specialization. You can choose minors and majors in your later years. The exams are monthly.
University has a career development cell, which is responsible for internship and industry practice etec. Students are encouraged from first year onwards for summer internships etc. There are many companies who provide this opportunity.
NIIT University is a part of NIIT pvt limited company. Students become eligible from 6th semester for campus placements. The companies which visit are amazon, yamaha, infosys, zomato, tata, audi etc. The highest package last year was 44 lakhs. 100 percent students are place with 93% role fitment.
The University Tuition fees is 3 lakhs per year, however there are many scholarships which are provided at the time of admission. There is MS scholarship based on merit upto 2 lakhs and CoX scholarship based on co-cirrucular activity upto 25,000. the complete cost of my education was 6 lakhs for tuition fees and 8 lakhs for hostel fees.
Overall experience with campus life is filled with zeal and enthusiasm. There are many clubs to keep one occupied. From tech clubs to non tech clubs you will find everything. The tech fest is SiNUsoid and the cultural fest is ingeNUity. There are multiple options for sports like badminton, basketball, football, crickets, lawn tennis, kabbadi, pool, table tennis etc. The classrooms have whiteboards and smartboards.
The hostel are single seater for girls and two, three, four seater for boys. The hostels have common room on each floor with TV installed, a microwave etc. There are common washrooms. The hostel food have variety in all four meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner). Since it is compulsory to live in hostel, the registration process is easy.
The faculty members were experienced, they were strict but supportive. Weekly tests and worksheets were provided. The students are alloted with faculty mentors in addition to academic knowledge, they help us grow overall. All the teachers are approachable since they reside in faculty hostel too. The faculty to students ratio is 1:10.
After filling the application you will get an email regarding the online interview. Online interview took place before the admission, where the interviewers (faculty members) asked different questions from different fields. The questions were easy covered basics of 11th and 12th, about yourself, why they should admit you etc.
Our collage has good placement in these 5 years major recruiters are amazon flipcart meeso games craft infosyis tata wipro adobe hero samsung and other companies regularly our training and placement cell is too active. Total 90 percent student placed last year.

The the colleges average package is 3 to 4 lakh . the comany come in my college are in great no. but they only want skill people so majority of student is not placed.20% student are get placed.i prepare for govt. job. after degree.
Campus placement drive starts from the beginning of 4th year. Many companies visit with various offeres . The highest package is 51lpa and average package is 9lpa. My plans after getting degree is to get a decent placement.

I would say course curriculum has minimum subjects that will affect our btech . In my first year there was subjects like environmental science...which has no relevance and also there was Indian constitution we also got autocad workshop.
