i gave my clat exam and it was an average score since it was spontaneous for me to go into law field. i did this in 2 months of preparation and then i had to submit my clat score card along with other documents and you had to get shortlisted on the basis of the scores. i had applied to other colleges as well but the cutoff was really high & this college did select me so i had to get here. the admission process was really lengthy however had to wait for 1 months to hear back from them so should probably work on their effectiveness.
syllabus keeps on changing every semester for every other batch which is relevant to their surroundings and helps the students grow in their own world and reference it to how the practical world works.
considering this is a semi private/ government college ofcourse the fee structure would be high as compared to the government colleges and yet if you see other private colleges the fees structure is kind of high so this balances out their charges. But if i have to be honest the fees does not match with the kind of treatment they are providing us with its a lot. it's almost 2 lakhs for 1 year and we don't even have assigned classrooms to sit in, library is not well maintained and there is no place for students to sit in their free time around the main campus. this should be worked upon
there are different clubs for literary writing or for executing an event in law department. however there is no dance and singing clubs where student can join their group to explore their talents. but other courses like BBA do have such amazing groups and also perform in their events from time to time and organizes fests and other things as well.
the teachers are all almost here with their doctorate degree and are capable of teaching more than what's in the syllabus however they are not coming to the classes on the time and students are also not willing to spare their time for studies causing huge disruptions to the class and.
The syllabus is relevant but it does not prepare students for real world, we are only thought the theory part, they should try to teach students how to work on field, the exams are not so difficult but the way teacher don't give you much marks
