According to the students of IIEST Shibpur, placements at IIEST Shibpur have been very good since the year 2018 and maintaining that till now. 

Here are some placement details for the year 2020 - 

• There were mass recruiters like TCS, CTS, Wipro, IBM and other companies who visited the campus and recruited many students.

• The companies participating include Digital Dynamics, Acclaris India, Atrena Circuits , Cadence, Texas Instruments, Adobe, Samsung R&D, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley visited the campus for interviews and recruited many students. 

Many major IT companies have been visiting the campus every year for interviews and recruiting many students with decent packages
