IMS Ghaziabad is better for PGDM. It has a better management faculty. IMS Ghaziabad placements are better as well. During the 2022 placement drive, students received an average CTC of INR 7.15 LPA. The highest domestic and international packages offered this year were INR 26.17 LPA and INR 18 LPA, respectively. Companies such as Deloitte, Garner, Cvent India, etc. took part in the placement drive.

Both IMS Noida and IMS Ghaziabad are very good colleges but IMS Ghaziabad will be better than IMS Noida. You should do proper research about placements and salary offered to freshers before choosing a college.

The college you choose will have a great impact on your career, so it is recommended to do a proper comparison about the college, its course curriculum and faculty, college environment, and after college placements and according to your interests and requirements.

If you are confused about which college will be best for you, then you should probably follow these steps to find out the right college for you.

  1. First, you should select the job profile according to your choice. For example, you want to get into sales, marketing, core finance, or HR (Human Resources). Choose the one you are really interested in and also look for the company details in which you want to get a job.
  2. If you're interested in sales then it's better if you own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license. For core finance, it's better to have 55-60 % marks in graduation, as many companies have these requirements nowadays.
  3. Make a LinkedIn profile and chat with college alumni about placements, job profiles, average in-hand salary, and about their college and work experience too.
  4. If you're having a higher CAT score, then you can expect a secure job with a good package in a sustainable profile, but do proper research about the company and their work strategy.

Do your research before choosing a college and never get manipulated or scared if some college says to immediately join their college or else the seat will be passed on. Because it doesn't happen like this in most of the top colleges, only candidates who are eligible for admission will get a seat.
