International Institute of Sports Management (IISM) is a premier leading institution providing sports management education. IISM, Mumbai offers various degree courses in the discipline of Sports and Wellness and Sports Management.

National Academy of Sports Management (NASM) is a part of the National Academy Group. NASM is the first institute in India to offer UG, PG, and diploma courses in the field of sports management.

Courses-

  • IISM offers BSM, MSM, PGP in Sports and Wellness Management, and Post Graduate Program in Sports Event Management.
  • Whereas, NASM offers a Diploma in Sports Management, Bachelor of Management Studies(Sports Management), Master of Management

Studies(Sports Management) and Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management

The course fee for bachelors in IISM and NASM is INR 703,920 and INR 1.8 lakhs respectively.

Admission:

  • At IISM 10+2 qualified students are eligible for BSM and students with graduation are qualified for MSM and PGP. The institute conducts Sports Management Admission Test (SMAT) for admission. MAH-CET scores are also accepted for admission.
  • At NASM for BMS students are required to have 10+2 from a recognized board and for MMS the required eligibility is graduation.

Placements:

  • XLR8, Star Sports, Sportobuddy, Rajasthan Royals, Kings XI Punjab, Meraki, FICCI, TransStadia, Turf Park, Sportz Interactive, etc. are the recruiters visiting IISM for placements.
  • At NASM the major recruiters are Sportz Interactive, Mumbai Cricket Club, Meraki, Sports for All, Rolling Nicks, Sportz Consult, Mumbai Indians, Decathlon, etc.

Infrastructure/Facilities: Both the institutes have a decent infrastructure.

  • Library, Wi-Fi, Hostel, AC Classrooms, Labs, Mini Theater, etc. are the facilities provided by IISM.
  • NASM has a well-stocked library with access to extensive electric information. It has a wi-fi enabled campus and offers medical, transport facilities.
