If you're looking to obtain a Duplicate Statement of Marks from Pune University, here is a step-by-step guide to the documents you will need to submit:

  • Create an account on the Pune University website's Certificate Online section. This site contains the procedure to apply for the certificate and the login link.
  • ?The following documents are required:
    • FIR: This can be obtained by visiting any nearby police station and registering an FIR. Alternatively, you can apply for it online using the Found Article Report link for Pune. Download the PDF and keep it with you.
    • Payment Receipt: This is generated during the application process and is referred to as a Challan. You can pay the required fee (for example, Rs. 200) online or at a nearby HDFC Bank or Bank of Maharashtra. Keep the PDF with you.
    • Self-Declaration Form: This document is also generated during the application process and requires one passport-size photo. Fill it out and keep the PDF with you.
    • Application Form: This form is also generated during the application process and requires details related to you and your required mark sheet. Sign it and keep the PDF with you.
    • Marksheet Copy: If you have a copy of your mark sheet, upload it (although it is not mandatory). Make sure to specify the exam month-year, PRN No, and college name without making any mistakes.
  • Upload all the required documents on the Pune University website and specify the name of each document. Submit the application form to the certificate section of Savitribai Phule Pune University.

First, visit the official website and go to the Certificate Section. It has the information about the documents needed and a link to create an account.

You need 4 things for complete application along with an account on the university website where you need to provide your mailing details.

  • An FIR for lost marksheet (Which can be applied online)
  • Self-declaration (gets generated during the application process)
  • Challan Copy (Which also gets generated during the application process)
  • And finally, the Application Form (which will generate after finishing the process)

You need to remember that the Exam Name and Exam code are important, it could easily be forgotten due to the time gap between college and professional life.

After submitting all the hard copies of the documents to the university. You will then receive the marksheet from the university in 8 days.
