I have a few friends from Sardar Patel University and according to them, here is how you can get your transcripts. 

• You must submit your college mark sheets along with your degree certificate/provisional degree certificate to your college office in order to obtain transcripts from SPU.
• After receiving your transcripts from the college office, you must go to the university and submit those transcripts in order for them to be sealed.
• This entire process could take up to 20 business days.
• You must also pay some fees in college to obtain your transcript.
