Is Vignan University good for a B.Tech?

The university offers good placements to students. 2020 placements highlight states Viganan University highest package to be INR 7 LPA. Placement offers are usually limited in the software sector.
My colleague graduated from Vignan University in 2017 and he says that it might be one of the best colleges in India for a B.Tech degree. Each engineering college offers something unique, irrespective of the stream you choose.
