NLU Delhi conducts the AILET for admission to its undergraduate and postgraduate law programs, including the BA LLB program. The AILET exam is highly competitive, and the cutoff marks vary from year to year, depending on various factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of applicants, and the availability of seats.

It is difficult to predict a specific score that would guarantee admission to NLU Delhi for the BA LLB program, as the cutoff marks may vary from year to year. However, based on past trends and previous year's cutoffs, a general idea of the cutoff marks can be obtained.

Here are the cutoff marks for AILET for the past three years for General Category

  • AILET 2021: 72 marks out of 150 marks
  • AILET 2020: 86 marks out of 150 marks
  • AILET 2019: 72 marks out of 150 marks

It's important to note that these are just the cutoff marks and meeting them does not guarantee a seat in NLU Delhi. Admission is also based on other factors like the availability of seats, reservation policy, and performance in the interview round (if applicable).

So, while no fixed score guarantees admission to NLU Delhi for the BA LLB program, aiming to score around 80-90 marks or above out of 150 marks in AILET exam would significantly increase your chances of getting a seat. However, it is always advisable to aim for the highest possible score and perform well in the interview round to maximize your chances of getting admission into NLU Delhi.

It is difficult to determine the exact cut-off marks as it is determined by the difficulty level of the paper. It varies from year to year and a score of 80–90 should suffice.

In order to achieve this score in the final exam, you should aim for a score of 95–105 in mock tests. It is so because the AILET exam is highly unpredictable and it does not match with the mock tests.

Following is the recent cutoff stats to get a clear view for BA LLB(2020)

Categories  Cut-off
General 75.25
OBC 63
SC 48
ST 37
EWS 68

Try to score well at least above 90 throughout, only then you can have your chance.
