• Graduation Mark sheets (All Semesters/years)
• Photo Identity Proof– (Voter’s ID/Driving License/PAN Card/ Passport/Adhaar Card)
• Permanent Address Proof- (Ration card/Passport/Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Property tax Bill)
• GAP Affidavit (if applicable)
• Post-Graduation, Mark sheet. (if any)
• Other Educational Qualification Course / Diploma Certificate (if any)
• Affidavit for change in Name. (if applicable)
