BMS Institute of Technology and MS Ramaiah both are considered as one of renowned colleges in Bangalore. One of my friends studied at MS Ramaiah. According to him both of them have earned their fame, but MS Ramaiah is slightly better.

The different aspects of the colleges are given below: -

• Teaching Faculty: - Both the colleges have good and similar faculties for every subject. In MS Ramaiah there are a number of professors who have received their education from the world’s leading institutes and have experienced the past 20 to 25 years. So MS Ramaiah is ahead of BMS.
• Campus and Infrastructure: - Both the colleges have a great infrastructure with plenty of greeneries. With leading facilities and labs which are equipped with the latest technology, both the colleges are on the same level.
• Ranking: - In terms of Ranking MS Ramaiah has always been ahead of BMS. MS Ramaiah comes under the top 5 colleges in Bangalore and according to NIRF Ranking, it beats BMS.
• Placements: - Placements regarding the CSE branch are best in both the colleges. However, due to being more industry-equipped and in-network with the nearby industries, MS Ramaiah has better placements BMS.

In conclusion, MS Ramaiah has always been better than BMS in almost all the criteria. So CSE in MS Ramaiah would be the better option.
