New Delhi: This year, 98,242 persons enrolled for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT 2023)—an increase of about 25%. For the XAT 2023, a total of 63.78% of male applicants and 36.21% of female applicants have submitted applications. Registration for the XAT 2023 expired on December 11.
The Xavier School of Management(XLRI) will administer the XAT 2023 on Sunday, January 8, 2023. The computer-based XAT 2023 test will be administered nationwide in a session lasting 3 hours and 10 minutes. The XAT 2023 admit card will be available for download starting on December 26. The results of the XAT 2023 will be released on January 31, 2023.
The registration deadline for the XAT 2023 was extended to December 11 from November 30. "This year there's been unparalleled registration for XAT 2023," said Dr. Vishwa Ballabh, Convener of XAT and XLRI I Jamshedpur Admission Chair. "There are around 98,242 registrations, which is a 25% increase from last year."
Out of the 98242 registered candidates for XAT 2023 male applicants comprised 63.78 percent and female applicants comprised 36.21 percent. Non-engineer applicants have grown exponentially, which is a major factor in this increase in XAT applicants.
This significant increase in XAT 2023 applications is great news for business schools, according to the press release, following an 11% increase in CAT 2022 registration numbers. The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is the second most popular MBA entry exam after the GMAT.
Enrollment to the XLRI Jamshedpur and Delhi NCR campuses requires passing the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), which is a required entrance exam. In addition to XLRI, more than 160 MBA programs, including XIMB, IMI, IMT, TAPMI, Great Lakes, and GIM Goa, accept XAT scores.
