Candidates waiting for WBJEE second round of seat allotment result should keep an eye on the official website, as the result is expected to be released today.
The registration process for the second round of WBJEE Counselling continued from September 11 to September 18, 2020. Looking at the unprecedented times like COVID-19 and for the safety concerns of students, the counselling is being conducted in online mode.
Candidates have to accept the seat offered or upgrade their allotment and pay the provisional admission fees between September 24 to September 30, 2020. Thereafter the in-cycle up-gradation will commence from October 1, 2020.

WBJEE 2020: Provisional Admission Fees
The provisional admission fee that has to be paid to accept the seat has to be paid either through e-challan of Allahabad Bank or Debit/ Credit card.

This year, a total of 73,119 candidates appeared for WBJEE 2020. WBJEE Seat Allotment will be conducted in three rounds. The process is based upon score and merit achieved in WBJEE 2020/ JEE Main 2020. Wiling candidates will have to then register for counseling rounds by filling in their preferences of subjects and colleges.
The first round of seat allotment result was declared on August 31, 2020. There was no fresh registration and choice filling round of counseling. Candidates who didn't get a seat in round 1 or who visited the reporting centre but didn't fall under the eligibility criteria are eligible for the second round. Those who submitted a 'yes' for up-gradation are also eligible for 2nd round.
