New Delhi: TAPMI Manipal has introduced a new MBA programme in International Business for the current academic session with specializations in global strategy & leadership and global transnational management.
The new MBA-IB programme offered by TAPMI is divided into four semesters spread over two years. The global strategy & leadership specializations have a special emphasis on the European Union, while the global transnational management has a functional focus.
According to the TAPMI statement, the primary objective of the new programme is “Global leadership through innovation and integrated value-creation”. There is an eight-week summer internship at the end of the first year as a part of the MBA-IB course of TAPMI, where students can take up a project offered by corporate organizations.
Students taking admission to the TAPMI MBA-IB course will also get an opportunity to spend the fourth semester at one of the institute's partner universities or business schools across the world. They'll also be required to undergo continuous and rigorous foreign language training throughout the program duration.
The course also offers an opportunity for students to receive an international certification and a master’s thesis under the guidance of experienced faculty and to the experiences of students in the IB program.
TAPMI also offers the MBA programme in various specialisations including MBA (Core), MBA-Banking and Financial Services, MBA-Human Resources, MBA-Marketing and Sales, along with the new one, MBA-International Business.
Meanwhile, the institute concluded the admission for the MBA-IB program on June 30, and the admission offers to the shortlisted students are expected to be provided on or during the 3rd week of July 2022. The course will commence from the mid week of August 2022.
