New Delhi: NIT Jalandhar has started the Two-week Short-term course on Python Programming in Online mode from today, March 7, 2022. The online application window for the course was closed on February 28, 2022 by the institute. 

This Python programming course under NIT Jalandhar will cover the Basics of Python, Variable, Data Types, The Sequences, String and String Functions, Fundamental Functions, Passing Arguments, Lambda Functions & Module, Methods in classes, OOPS Principles, Concepts of classes and objects, Exploring Data Science using Python and various other contents during the 2-week duration.

Candidates registered for the course will have to attend Online mode lectures from 6 PM to 8 PM (2 hours per day). The organising team of the Short term course includes coordinators Dr. S K Mishra and Dr. Prashant Kumar. 

NIT Jalandhar Python Programming Course 2022: Instructions for Participants

• All participants of the Short term course will have to attend all the Online lectures, Q&A and hands on sessions through Google Meet.

• Candidates will have to fill the attendance daily as it is mandatory for all participants
• The participants will have to do self-practice of the programming language by themselves. However, mentors will be available to solve the queries and provide assistance 

NIT Jalandhar Python Programming Course 2022: Certification

After completion of the programme, E-certificates will be provided to the students who have attended the Python programme with 90% attendance and score a minimum of 60% marks in the test conducted after the Short term course by NIT Jalandhar.
