On November 17, 2020, the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court issued a notice to the National Testing Agency (NTA) for declaring NEET Result 2020 without considering the objections of students.
The NEET 2020 result was published on October 16, 2020, by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for medical students. As per the objections raised by students, two questions in the examination were considered to be not questionable.

Objections to questions that appeared in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) 2020 were raised through a notice on September 27, 2020.
Keeping in mind the petition filed by students who appeared in the NEET 2020 examination, the bench justice of Rajnish Kumar scheduled the next hearing to commence on November 23, 2020.
However, results for NEET 2020 were declared for all students without waiting for clarification on objections raised by NEET students.

As per the petitioner’s comments, NEET 2020 question paper series’ G-4 answer sheet was challenged, by Saliha Khan and other NEET registered candidates, for which an amount of INR 2000/- was paid by the applicants.
The petition claimed that NEET 2020 question series 19 of question paper series’ G-4 consist of an incorrect answer. As per the exam authority answer key released, the correct answer was considered to be the fourth option, while as per students’ objections, the option given in the first number was the correct answer.

Additionally, another objection was raised for question number 148 question paper series’ G-4 was claimed to be incorrect by the exam authority. In the answer book, option number three was marked as the correct answer, while as per students’ comments, answer number one was the correct answer.
The next hearing of the petition filed by candidates is to be held on November 23, 2020. The bench will decide whether students’ objections are unfair and arbitrary or not.
