New Delhi: The MICA Placement 2022 has recorded a significant rise in highest CTC offered for the 2022 session. The placement drive concluded recently has pulled off 100% recruitment for the 27th batch of its flagship PGDM-C program.
As per MICA Ahmedabad, the institute has recorded a rise of 16 percent in the highest domestic package offered to students, at INR 57.51 lakh (CTC) per annum for the 2022 session.
The average domestic salary package went from INR 14 lakh to INR 19 lakh per annum for PGDM-C students. The top 50% of students have placed at INR 24.15 lakh, making it 35% more than last year's data.
Following the data, MICA has reported a perfect placement score of 100%. Top offers were made from the IT sector, followed by Analytics, Banking & Consulting and Media & Advertising in the second place.

During the MICA Placement 2022, a total of 208 students participated in the drive. Out of total students, 45% participation was recorded from boys and 55% from girls.
The 27th batch included 46.5% engineers, 17.2% management, 16.7% commerce graduates, 10.7% from Science, and 8.8% from Arts and Design students.
Out of a total of 77 recruiters who visited the campus ground, 58% of recruiters are new, while the remaining 42% of recruiters were the same as last year's placement drive.
MICA students were offered placement offers in the field of Content Designer, Sales Operations Program Manager, Digital Marketing Strategist, Product Manager, Campaign Manager - Marketing, and Corporate Communications.
Additionally, Asst Manager- Growth and Strategy, Customer Success Manager, Digital Mkt Manager, Account Manager, Brand and Social Media Manager, Analyst - Research and Insights, Business Analyst, and other roles were also offered to students.
While talking about the placement, Dr. Shailendra Raj Mehta, Director, MICA, said, “The placements mark the recovery of the Indian economy after the second wave of the pandemic. Our average CTC has significantly gone up and is testimony to our students who bring in innovative and creative solutions”.
