The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell has released the final merit list of MHT CET B.Tech and Pharma 2020, for CAP Round 1 on January 6, 2021, Wednesday, on its official website.

Candidates who applied for MHT CET BTech and Pharma counselling 2020 can check the final merit list status online at cetcell.mahacet.org through candidate’s Login and verify the accuracy of the MHT CET BTech and Pharma Final Merit Number.

All the eligible candidates who have filled the application form by December 30, 2020, and who have raised objections during January 2, 2021, to January 3, 2021, are considered for Final Merit List and allowed a Merit Number. The merit list is prepared based on the marks secured by the candidate at the qualifying examination. 

The entire counselling process will be held online due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic. The portal for online submission and confirmation for CAP Round 1 would be available on or before January 9, 2021.

The provisional allotment result for MHT CET BTech and Pharma for CAP round 1 will be announced on January 13, 2021. Students can opt to seek admission in CAP round 2 if the seat allotted in the first round is not based on their preferences.

MHT CET BTech and Pharma Final Merit List 2020: How to Check?

Candidates who appeared for MHT CET BTech and Pharma Exam should follow the below-mentioned steps to check the final merit list:

Step 1: Visit the official website of Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell at cetcell.mahacet.org.

Step 2: On the homepage, navigate and tap on the B.Tech or B Pharma link.

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Open the link to check the final merit list under the Download section.

Step 5: The MHT CET BTech and Pharma final merit list 2020 will appear on the screen in a pdf format.

Step 6: Download and take a print out of the final merit for future use.

Furthermore, candidates must check the information mentioned on the Final Merit, including details of his/her claims related with Name, Qualifying Marks, category, gender, reservation, special reservation made in the applications form are all correct.

If in a later stage, it is witnessed that the seat allotted to the candidate is based on the false claims made in the application, then such allotment/admission in the allotted institute shall be cancelled immediately.
