NIT has released the cut-offs for the course B.Tech in Electrical communication and engineering on the official website. The opening and closing rank has been mentioned through which the student can check if they have qualified. 

JoSAA NIT 2020 was conducted from October 6, 2020, to offer admission to the candidates in the participating Engineering colleges affiliated with NIT. The opening and closing rank of two rounds for ECE has been released.

JoSAA NIT 2020: How to check the cut-off? 

• Visit the official website https://josaa.nic.in/
• From the drop-down list under ‘Opening and closing rank’ choose ‘OR-CR 2020’
• Enter details such as round number, Institute type, institute name, academic program 
• Click on Submit to view the cut-off range
• Opening rank is the lowest rank required to get admission for the course into any one of the participating institutes. 
• Closing rank is the Highest rank required to be eligible for admission for the course at any one of the participating institutions.
• Candidates who fit in this cut-off range will be considered qualified for the admissions.

JoSAA NIT 2020 cut-offs: Round 1 and Round 2

The cut-offs for the ECE course at NIT are higher than cut-offs for other courses and hence the competition is relatively high. The cut-off for every round was released after the counselling process for the course.
