IIT Delhi has declared the JEE Advanced Results 2020 today, ie., on Monday, October 5, 2020, on its official website. As the results are announced, candidates who appeared in the JEE Advanced 2020 examination can check their results online at jeeadv.ac.in.

The results were declared sharp at 10:30 AM on the official website. The answer keys are also available for students to verify their responses. It is the first time since 2008, that JEE Advanced was not held abroad after IITs began to hold the exams, in view of COVID-19 pandemic, this year.
Meanwhile, on the declaration of JEE Advanced 2020 results, Union Education Minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal took to Twitter to congratulate students.

JEE Advanced 2020: Criteria for Ranking
The JEE Advanced 2020 results include aggregate marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and the rank are offered based on this aggregate score. Aspirants who took both the paper 1 and 2 and scored the minimum aggregate marks are awarded ranks and enlisted in the rank list.

- Kanishka Mittal tops among female candidates, from IIT Roorkee zone. With CRL 17, she has scored 315/396.
- Chirag Falor bags AIR-1 from IIT Bombay zone scoring as high as 352/396.
- More than 43,000 candidates qualify JEE Advanced 2020 out of the total 1,50,838 who appeared in the exam.
- Among the total qualified candidates, 6,707 are females.

On September 27, 2020, the JEE Advanced 2020 exam was conducted at different centres spread across the country. The examination was held from 9 am to 12 noon and between 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm in two slots.

As per JEE Advanced 2020 norms, students required to score 5% of the minimum percentage per subject is included in (CRL) while in 2019 it was 10%. On the other hand, the minimum aggregate percentage to be included in CRL is17.50% in 2020 while it had been 25% in the past year.
JEE Advanced 2020: How to Check Results?
Earlier, IIT Delhi published the answer key for the JEE Advanced 2020 on its official website on September 29. Candidates may raise their objections, if any, by making appropriate representations available online at jeeadv.ac.in until 12:00 noon on or before 1 October 2020.
