IPU CET 2021 B.Tech choice filling dates have been released by the authorities. The candidates who have qualified JEE Main 2021 Paper 1 can participate in IPU CET 2021 counselling. 

To participate in IPU CET 2021 Counselling, the candidates need to register at the official website and pay the required counselling fee. IPU CET 2021 Choice Filling will commence from October 1, 2021 (2:00 pm onwards). The counselling process includes registration, choice filling, payment of fees. Important Instructions for IPU CET Choice Filling 2021

The candidates are advised to follow the below-mentioned instructions when they begin with the choice filling exercise for IPU CET 2021. 

  • The candidates need to mandatorily fill their choices on the official website. 
  • Without IPU CET choice filling, candidates won’t be considered for seat allotment
  • The candidates need to mention their preferences of institute and courses in IPU CET 2021 Choice Filling.
  • The candidates will be allocated seats based on the preferences filled by them and the availability of seats. 

IPU CET 2021 Counselling 

IPU CET 2021 counselling process has begun for B.Tech courses on the official website. The candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks secured in JEE Main 2021. The deadline to register for the counselling process was September 28, 2021, and the deadline to complete the document verification process was September 30, 2021. The counselling process of IPU CET 2021 includes registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and seat freezing. To confirm the allocated seats, the candidates need to download the provisional seat allotment letter and pay a part of the academic fees. 

IPU CET 2021 Seat Allotment

GGSIPU will conduct three rounds of IPU CET 2021 Seat Allotment for qualified candidates. After the conclusion of the rounds, the university will release the results for the sliding and spot counselling rounds. The candidates will be allocated seats based on the ranks mentioned in the merit list. IPU CET 2021 Merit List is prepared based on the marks secured in the entrance examination. The qualified candidates who wish to claim their seats need to pay the fee and freeze their seats within the deadline. 

IPU CET is a university-level exam. It is conducted for admission to UG & PG programs in the field of Engineering, Medical, Dental, Law, and Management. After qualifying IPU CET 2021, candidates will have to appear for counselling. Generally, 3 rounds are conducted and the allotment of seats totally depends upon the merit and availability of seats.
