IIT Goa Free Online Course MPI in Action 2021: Indian Institute of Technology, Goa has started the online application submission process for its free online course on MPI in Action – Parallelization of unsteady heat conduction solvers on its official website at iitgoa.ac.in. 

Applicants who are interested in IIT Goa Course 2021 on MPI in Action can now submit their applications for the same on the institute's official website on or before September 26, 2021. It is to be noted that no applications will be accepted after the stated deadline.

Once after the submission of applications, the class link will be shared with students before the class commencement on their registered mail id. The course will be offered by the National Supercomputing Mission Nodal Centre at IIT Goa.

IIT Goa Free Online Course MPI in Action 2021: Eligibility Criteria

In order to take part in the IIT Goa Free Online Course on MPI in Action, applicants are required to have a basic understanding of finite difference or finite volume methods, and fundamental MPI concepts. 

Further, candidates should have a computer with Linux and MPI installed. The detailed instructions will be provided to students during the course commencement. The course is open to participants with the following qualifications: 

  • Ph.D. in any stream of science or engineering.
  • Masters in any stream of science or engineering.
  • Third and fourth-year Undergraduate Students in any stream of science or engineering.
