New Delhi: Krea University's IFMR Graduate School of Business (GSB) has recorded the Highest Salary package at INR 18 LPA in the recently organised Placement drive. The highlight of this drive was the exciting job roles offered to the students. 

According to Krea university, the average CTC offered during this year's placement drive increased more than 10 % across the top 25%, 50% & overall salary packages.

Briefing about the placements, Professor Lakshmi Kumar, Dean at Krea University's IFMR GSB said, "With the pandemic accelerating the shift towards digital transformation, our focus on embedding data-science across all subjects attracted a large number of new recruiters to the campus. While the average salaries have grown across bands, it’s heartening to note that students are pivoting more to exciting roles that will provide them with long-term career growth than merely be fixated on compensation and benefits,”

"Out of the 175 participating students, 165 students have been offered job profiles by various Consulting, Finance & Technology companies. The other students have been hired for jobs in domains like marketing, strategy and operations," an official statement by Krea University said.

Students have been hired for new-age roles in digital consulting, valuation consulting, financial planning and analysis, risk & financial advisory, business analysis & management consulting, risk consulting and modelling, Krea university claims. 

Krea University IFMR GSB Placements 2022: Top Recruiters

A total of 78 companies participated in the 2022 Placement drive at Krea University's IFMR GSB. Among these recruiters, 34 were first-time visitors for the institute.

Prominent companies such as Accenture, HCL Technologies, Barclays, KPMG, Tata International, JP Morgan, Cognizant, EY, Deloitte, CRISIL, Oracle, Infosys,Wipro, Wells Fargo and Philips were present for the placement drive at Krea University.
