New Delhi: IFMR Graduate School of Business (GSB) is launching a five-year BBA Integrated MBA Program uner the auspices of Krea University for the academic year 2023-2025.
According to the statement, the new programme has been introduced to aid in business and entrepreneurial education for pupils. "It is intended to build the knowledge, abilities, values, and attitudes required for leadership duties".
Additionally, Sri City in Andhra Pradesh, 70 kilometers from Chennai, serves as the host city for the entirely residential course. The challenging degree programme is intended for high school graduates who want to start their own firms, work as entrepreneurs, business journalists, or professional managers.
The university will start the program's first session in 2023. There can be no more than 60 students in the batch. The varsity will employ a multi-stage hiring procedure. The Krea Aptitude Test results and online personal interviews will be used to select students.
Lakshmi Kumar, dean of IFMR GSB Krea University, commented on the introduction of the five-year BBA Integrated MBA Program, saying, "We have designed the programme in line with the Government of India's New Education Policy" (NEP).
The programme is structured such that students are well-prepared to learn the content of business functions in two years of the MBA by spending the first three years (BBA) exploring the context of the business operation.
