New Delhi: Registrations are open for Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) B.Ed Entrance Test 2022 for the academic session 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form at hpuniv.ac.in. 

HPU offers a full-time B.Ed course for 2 years duration. There is no upper age limit to enrol for the course. However, the university will conduct HPU B.Ed Entrance Test 2022 to grant admissions in its private or self-financing Education Colleges in the state. 

Candidates seeking HPU Admission 2022 to the B.Ed program can submit their applications till May 6, 2022. The entrance test is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2022. 

HPU B.Ed Entrance Test 2022: Highlights 

As per HPU B.Ed 2022 exam pattern, the paper will include only objective type (MCQ) questions and candidates must qualify the entrance exam to be eligible for admission to B.Ed. Course in Department of Education of HPU, Govt. College of Education Dharamshala and Private Colleges of Education situated in the State of Himachal Pradesh for the academic session 2022-23.

HPU B.Ed Entrance Test 2022: Eligibility Criteria 

In order to enrol into the B.Ed course or appear for the B.Ed exam, candidates must ensure that they meet the requisite eligibility criteria before filling the online application form.

• Candidates seeking admissions into the B.Ed course are required to hold a bachelor’s degree in Medical / Non-Medical / Commerce / Arts) and / or master’s degree (Sciences / Social Sciences / Humanities / Commerce / Engineering with 55.00 percent or 5.51 if CGPA or Grade B+ if in letter Grade or any other qualification equivalent to be eligible. 

• Candidates must have obtained at least 50.00 percent marks or 5.01 if CGPA or Grade B if in letter Grade in the Bachelor‟s Degree (Medical /Non-Medical/ Commerce/Arts) and/or in the Master‟s Degree in the Sciences/Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Commerce. 
• Age: There is no upper age limit for candidates applying to the regular B.Ed. Course.

HPU B.Ed Entrance Test 2022: How to Apply? 

Candidates can go through the steps below to apply online for the HPU B.Ed 2022. 

Step-1: Visit the official HPU website, hpuniv.ac.in. On the homepage, click on the link that says, B.Ed. online application form 2022.

Step-2: B.Ed Application Form 2022 will be opened in a new page. Fill in all the necessary details and upload all the documents as prescribed. 

Step-3: Check the filled application form and pay the application fee of INR 1100 for general, EWS, OBC candidates and INR 550 for SC/ST candidates through the online mode. 

Step-4: After a final preview of the application form, download and save the application form for future reference and hit the submit button.

HPU B.Ed 2022 Entrance Exam: Admit Card

The university has decided to conduct the entrance exam on May 27, 2022. As a result, the HPU B.Ed Admit Card 2022 will be released a week earlier before the exam for all the registered candidates at: admissions.hpushimla.in.

• Candidates can enter their Application No./User ID and Password/Date of Birth to download the admit card. 

• The admit card will not be released through post or any other medium.

• Candidates appearing for the B.Ed entrance exam are required to carry the admit card on the exam day or they will not be allowed to take the examination.
