ICAR AIEEA 2021 Photo Size, Dimensions, Format and Other Details
NTA will soon release the official notification for ICAR – AIEEA 2021 tentatively in March 2021. Along with the official brochure, AIEEA 2021 Application Form will be released in first week of March 2021. AIEEA 2021 will be conducted in June 2021, for admitting students into bachelor programs in Agriculture and Allied Science.
While filling the application form of ICAR - AIEEA, candidates often upload scanned images of their photo and signature with wrong size and format which causes problems or delay in submission of the application form.

ICAR – AIEEA 2021 Photo Specifications
While scanning and uploading the photo, aspirants must take care of few points listed below:
Photo Size: 10 – 200 Kbs
Image Format: JPG/ JPEG only
Photo Dimensions: 35 mm x 45 mm or 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm.
Photo Background: White or light colored background.
ICAR – AIEEA 2021 Signature Specifications
Candidates also have to upload a scanned image of their signature in running handwriting. The essential specifications are listed below:
Signature Image Size: 4 – 30 Kbs
Image Format: JPG/ JPEG only
Signature Dimensions: 35 mm x 45 mm or 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm
Signature Background: White only.
Do’s and Don’ts for ICAR – AIEEA Photograph

The Photos should be latest and clear. Applications with Blur Photos are liable to be rejected.

The passport size photograph should be of front face and not side face.

Photos with goggles or sunglasses or caps will not be accepted.

The signature must be in running handwriting and not BLOCK/CAPITAL Letters.
Do’s and Don’ts for ICAR – AIEEA Signature

Signature must be done by the candidate only as it will be printed on AIEEA 2021 Admit Card which will be matched with the signature done by candidate in front of invigilator. In case it does not match the candidature can get cancelled.

Signature must be done on a plain white paper with a preferably black ball point pen.

It must be done in running hand writing.
Guidelines to attach photograph in ICAR – AIEEA Application Form
The examples of wrong and right images are given below for the reference of the candidates:
A photo clicked by a professional camera is clear and sharp while photo taken by mobile camera is a distorted one which should not be uploaded. Also don’t upload selfies. Click a photo with White or very light background.
The candidate should look straight into the camera making an eye contact. Photo should contain full face and not side face. Also, avoid wearing scarfs/muffler which may cover your face. The face must cover more than 75% of the total area of the photograph.
A photo clicked in improper lighting or flash will not be accepted by the board. The face should be clearly visible in the photo. Make sure that the image uploaded is not of poor digital resolution. A resolution of 100 x 75 Pixels or low is considered as poor digital resolution.
Candidates who wear spectacles should make sure that the photo do not have too much glare on it. The eyes should be clearly visible . Also, avoid wearing tinted glasses or goggles in the photo.
Note: The scanned image not meeting the photo specfications can be changed during ICAR – AIEEA Form Correction 2019. An appropriate photo can be updated in the form during this period. The correct photo will be updated immediately in the form.
Details to fill in AIEEA 2021 Application Form
Candidates will be required to fill the following details in the application form carefully. Review the form once, prior to finally submitting the form. However, the correction window will be opened from in April 2021.

After filling the above details and paying the fees, candidates are required to download a printout of the application form copy.
Documents Required on Exam Day

Candidates must carry their e-admit card issued by NTA to the exam center.

They have to carry 1 hard copy of same passport size photograph that they uploaded during the registration process. It will be pasted on the attendance sheet.

A Photo ID proof must be carried by the candidates with same name as on e-admit card.

Pwd certificate, if availing reservation under this category.
Candidates must reach the exam center two hours before the commencement of exam.
