NEET PG 2022 document upload guidelines have been released by NBE. Candidates will have to upload photograph, signature, and thumb impression images while filling NEET PG 2022 Application Form. The last to fill the form and to upload the required documents is February 4, 2022. 

• Based on the NEET PG 2022 document upload guideline, photograph and signature should be uploaded in JPEG/JPG format only. The size of the photograph & thumb impression should be less than 80 kb and of signature between 20-100 kb.
• Other than that, candidates must note that the photograph should have white background only with at least 75% coverage of the face and head of the candidate.

NEET PG Form Correction 2022

NBE has released the official notice stating that NEET PG 2022 Form correction will open from February 8 to 11, 2022 for all the registered candidates. However, during this time period, no candidate will be allowed to make any edits or modifications in the uploaded documents like photographs, signatures, etc as the separate dates have been released for correcting the errors in the images. During the form correction window, candidates can only edit details i.e.

The Photograph for NEET PG application should be:

• Passport-size, and not older than 6 months.
• Devoid of any border and the facial features and should be clearly visible.
• Recently clicked, having the name of the candidate and date of capturing the photograph should be imprinted at the bottom of the photo.
• A color one with white background only and at least 75% coverage of the face and head of the candidate.

• Draw a box of 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm (width x height) on a white sheet of paper.
• Use a fresh blue/black colour ink pad.
• Set the scanner to 200 dpi.

• The photograph should be clicked looking straight into the camera with a neutral expression.
• Ensure that the photograph does not have any reflection/shadow or red eyes.
• There should not be any scratches or stains on the photograph.
• The file size for both photographs as well as specimen signature should not exceed 80 kb.
• You can check the image size by right-clicking and selecting the Properties tab.
• The signatures containing only initials or in CAPITAL LETTERS or ones that are overwritten are not acceptable.
• The specimen Signature should be of the applicant only and not of any other person.

How to Scan Photograph & Signature for NEET PG 2022?

• Draw a box of dimensions 3.5*4.5 cm (width*height) on plain white paper and paste the photo in the box.
• Likewise, draw a box of dimensions 6*3 cm (width*height) and sign right at the center
• Crop the images till the border of the boxes with the photograph/signature.
• Scan the image after making the requisite adjustments in size and resolution.
• In case the size of the image exceeds 80 KB, then you can adjust the same by setting the resolution of the scanner at 200 dpi and image quality at low.
• Save the image as .jpg/.jpeg.

Ques. From where can I get the accurate guidelines for NEET PG 2022 Document before uploading?

Ans. Uploading only one document containing all the 3 images will not be accepted and at the end, you have to upload the separate images of all the documents. Therefore, candidates are advised not to do such mistakes and upload the documents as per the prescribed guidelines.
