MAH CET Photo Size and Dimensions are given high importance for the identification of the registered candidate during MAH CET MBA 2021 exam. Without proper identification, candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. Given below are the specifications and guidelines for photo size and dimension.

Guidelines for Uploading Photograph

Candidates have to upload a scanned copy of their photograph while filling the online form. Follow the guidelines defined by the authorities to upload their photographs.

  • Make sure that the face of the candidate is clear, visible, and in the required size.
  • The picture should have a light-colored background.
  • Candidates should have a relaxed face and look straight at the picture
  • In the picture, there should not have any harsh and squinting shadows behind the candidate
  • Candidates who are wearing glasses should ensure that there should not have any reflections in their eyes in the photograph
  • Religious ornaments are allowed but the candidate’s face should not be covered by them.

Guidelines for Uploading Signature

Candidates need to ensure that they follow the below-mentioned guidelines along with the specifications given above:

  • Ensure that the uploading signature will be clearly visible
  • The signature has to be done on white paper with a black Ink pen.
  • It must be signed only by the applicant and father/mother/guardian (separately) & not by any other person.
  • The applicant’s signature on the attendance sheet at the time of examination and on the call letter should match the uploaded signature. In case of any mismatch, they will be disqualified.

Dos and Don’ts for Uploading MAH CET 2021 Photograph/ Signature

Candidates must go through the following Do’s and Don’ts regarding the uploading process for smooth completion of the application form for MAH CET Exam:

Dos Don’ts
The photo must be passport-sized.  Dark background or background with landscape are not accepted.
The photo must be a recent one. It should not be more than 6 months old. A red-eyed photo should be avoided as it might also lead to rejection since under such a situation candidate’s eye is not visible for identification.
It must be a colored photo with white background. If white background is not there, then any light-colored background will also be acceptable. Candidates are ardently requested not to use any social media photo for MAT photo uploading purposes.
All distinctive features such as eyes, nose, forehead must be clearly visible.  The signature should not be done with a pen of any other color than black.
It must be a half-bust photo so that the shoulders of the candidate must be visible. Black and white photographs might not be accepted.

Candidates who are wearing glasses should ensure that there should not have any reflections in their eyes in the photograph

Writing full name in capital letters in the given box will NOT be accepted as the signature. Doing so, can also lead to the cancellation of application form. Any type of cap or hat must not be worn in the photo. However, religious headband are allowed; but it should be worn in a way that the face is not covered.
The photograph must be without any unrequired expression, a straight face with the eyes straight towards the camera will serve the purpose. Sunglasses or any type are a strict no while taking photos for MAH CET registration purposes.

During the examination, applicant should sign in presence of invigilator, across the photograph. Students must bring additional copies of the submitted passport size photographs, clearly depicting the image with proper colors.


Instructions for resizing the Documents for MAH CET Registration

Candidates can find difficulty in resizing the photograph under the dimensions mentioned in the guidelines. Steps to resize their photo and signature in the desired dimension is given below:

  • Visit www.photosize.com
  • Upload or browse your GIF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, or BMP image
  • Choose a height and width pixel size
  • Click submit button
  • The resized photograph will appear on the screen and click the “Save As” button
  • Rename the resized photograph otherwise, it will override the original image
  • Right click the image and select save to save photograph in the desktop window

Candidates can also use MS Paint and MS Office Picture Manager for getting the correct size and dimension of photo and signature for MAH CET Application form.


Guidelines for scanning documents

Instructions for Scanning Documents for MAH CET 2021 Registration

  • Candidates will be provided the separate link for uploading their photograph and signature while applying online application
  • Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200
  • Candidate have to set the color to true color
  • Set the file size as required as per the guidelines are given by the authority
  • Crop the image until to get the required size of the image
  • Save image as the jpg or jpeg format
  • Use MS Paint or MS Office picture manager to obtain your image to not exceed 50kb and 20 kb and gives an exact file size
  • File size is not mentioned then it shows as the error message

Given below are the steps to be followed for MAH CET Registration 2021:

  • Visit the official website of MAH CET
  • Click the “Apply” button to apply
  • Fill your personal and educational information in the required column
  • There are two separate links to upload photograph and signature
  • Click on the link “ Upload Photograph”
  • Browse and select the required photograph file to upload that you have saved on your desktop
  • Click the “Upload” button to upload your photograph
  • Click on the link “Signature”
  • Browse and select the required signature file to upload that you have saved already
  • Click the “Upload” button to upload your signature

Note: If you didn’t upload your scanned photograph and signature, your application will not be registered and you won’t be allowed to appear for MAH CET exam.
