Indian Institute of Management, Indore has released the exam day workflow for CAT 2020 which includes the details regarding the reporting time, exam slots, test timing.
IIM Indore has released a detailed instruction list regarding the Do’s and Don’ts which the candidates should follow on the day of the CAT 2020 exam to avoid any confusion.
As per the notification released by IIM Indore, candidates belonging to PwD category will get 53 minutes and 20 seconds to answer the questions in each section.
While the regular candidates will get 40 minutes to complete a section, a total of 2hrs will be provided to complete the 3 sections of the exam.

CAT 2020 Exam Day Work Flow
CAT 2020 Exam: Do’s
- Admit Card should be printed on A4 size and the image and signature of the candidate should be visible clearly
- Make sure to carry original valid id proof along with the CAT admit card 2020
- Take note of the google map link to locate the CAT test centre
- Paste passport size photograph similar to the picture uploaded during the application
- Get the temperature checked at the CAT 2020 test centre gate long with document verification and iris and photo capture
- Provide your signature in the admit card in the presence of the invigilator
CAT 2020 Exam: Dont’s
- Prohibited items such as jewellery, electronic gadgets should not be worn by the candidates.
- Do not cheat during the CAT exam or disturb other candidates
- Do not argue with the invigilator at the CAT 2020 exam centre
- Make sure that you do not use the keyboard as it will result in locking the system
- Submit all the rough pages before leaving the exam hall
