The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering aims to ensure the reliability and sustainability of upcoming generations of electricity transmission, industrial automation, communication infrastructure, and electric vehicles.
The program is designed to cover the discipline’s foundations so that graduates can adapt to its rapid pace of change and fulfill the need for professionals in an increasingly broad range of industries.
Students will also be introduced to engineering electromagnetics and computer systems and examine how engineers communicate technical and complex material.

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have passed 12 years of schooling and an overall average of
- 75% in the All-India Senior School Certificate (AISSC) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) with a minimum of 70 percent in English
- 75 percent in the Karnataka, Maharashtra, and West Bengal State Board Examinations with a minimum of 70 percent in English
- 80 percent in all other Higher Secondary State Board Examinations with a minimum of 75 percent in English
Subjects required: Mathematics and Physics with an average of 85% in both.
Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.
Submission of SAT and ACT exam scores are not mandatory in New Zealand Universities.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students required to passed Class 12th with a percentage of 70-72% (Major), 78-82% (Honours) from one of the following boards:
- All India School Certificate (CBSE)
- Indian School Certificate (CISCE)
If English is not the students’ first language then they must provide proof of English competency.

Transcript: Students must submit the official marks statements or transcripts that are provided by the college.
Certificates: Certificates like High School or University/College Certificates are to be submitted of education qualification.
Resume/CV: Outline of academic achievements and/or awards, publications, relevant work, and volunteer experience.
Test Results: Provide proof of English proficiency, if English is not the first language in student country, as proof of IELTS/TOEFL result scores is to be submitted.

Exchange students must apply for an exchange student visa once they have received their offer of place from the University. Students must be nominated for exchange from one of the approved exchange partners and their offer letter should indicate their program as Certificate of Proficiency for Exchange (COPEX).
