Bachelor of Arts with a major in Politics and International Relations will give students insight into the major strands of Politics and International Relations:
- International relations
- Political theory
- Politics and the media
- Comparative politics
- Public policy
Students will need to pass at least 120 points (eight courses) towards each of the majors, including at least 45 points (three courses) at Stage III.

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have passed 12 years of schooling and an overall average of
- 75 percent in the All-India Senior School Certificate (AISSC), Indian School Certificate (ISC), Karnataka, Maharashtra, and West Bengal State Board Examinations with a minimum of 70 percent in English, or
- 80 percent in all other Higher Secondary State Board Examinations with a minimum of 75 percent in English
Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.
Submission of SAT and ACT exam scores are not mandatory in New Zealand Universities.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students required to passed Class 12th with a percentage of 70-72% (Major), 78-82% (Honours) from one of the following boards:
- All India School Certificate (CBSE)
- Indian School Certificate (CISCE)
If English is not the students’ first language then they must provide proof of English competency.
