The strand will provide advanced study in research methods, the theoretical and practical aspects of management, clinical practice and leadership and child health perspectives as well as contemporary issues in child health and wellbeing.
This fulltime taught M.Sc. in Nursing ? Child Health and Wellbeing is a one year theory programme comprising of six modules and a dissertation. Students may be permitted to exit after successful completion of six modules with a Postgraduate Diploma or proceed to M.Sc. on completion of their dissertation. Lectures usually start in mid- September each year and the course runs for one calendar year.
