The BComm with Hispanic Studies is a four-year course that combines comprehensive education in commerce in areas that include international finance, marketing, management, accounting, statistics and economics ? with the acquisition of a high level of linguistic and intercultural skills in Spanish.
Year 3 of the course is spent studying abroad, in either Spain or Mexico, and you will also have an opportunity to study Portuguese.
The BComm International with Hispanic Studies is a full-time course. Contact hours will vary depending on the modules selected (from 20 hours a week), with additional hours required for reading, class preparation, laboratory hours etc.
All academic staff from the Commerce Faculty and the Department of Hispanic Studies participate in teaching this course. Our staff are experts in their field and we have a series of regular visiting speakers in the area of international finance and marketing from Spain and Mexico.
