Successful completion of the Management Consultancy course from University College Dublin will provide graduates with knowledge of four main areas of management consultancy ? how it functions, the key operators, the factors for success, and the management issues driving the industry.

What will I learn?

• The successful application of the various existing consulting tools and methods, both from an operational and strategic perspective, as well as the requisite skills to succeed within the profession.
