• The focus of this master’s course is on teaching leadership-relevant options for action. 
  • The modules of the degree program deal with strategic management, management tools, and entrepreneurial skills, the development of leadership skills in human resource management and change management.
  • The four-semester course is modular. Each module extends over one semester.
  • The master's thesis is written during the 4th semester. The students will develop the course content in lectures, seminars, and individual exercises, but also in case studies, group discussions, project work, small group work, management simulations, business planning, and role-playing games.
