The three-semester master's program is aimed at the entire range of food technology. Based on the knowledge acquired in the bachelor's program, there is a substantial theoretical and practical deepening of the teaching content on the one hand, and an expansion of the subject spectrum on the other.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- A qualified bachelor's degree in food technology studies (210 CP)
- In the case of comparable courses or deviations from the minimum number of 210 CP, the dean can decide on admission (see also Access Regulations 2018).
- German proficiency is required for most subjects and English B2 is needed for some subjects.
- the test German as a foreign language (TestDaF) with average level 4
- the DSH-2 exam
